It's funny because his brother, who is an Undead in the starting zone, is a Rouge Trainer. I'm willing to bet it was a family thing and I guess after his brother was taken by the scourge and Stormwind opened up with a brand new chance at life, he got to persue his true passion. Which we now learn is most certainly cheese.
