Ok for those who are having problems finding this guy because they somewhat suck at using cords (me at times ~.~) or just plain out don't have them. This guy is standing in front of a padlock.

Coming from the inn, you hang a left, walk pass the cooking trainer (The Chef) then hang another left once you pass him. Zachariah should be standing in font of you on your right.

Coming from the Zep, hang a quick right before passing The Chef and Zachariah should be standing in font of you on your right.

For those of us that didn't look closely enough at the map, this is not actually in undercity. It is in the city to the North. (I just spent 30 minutes "exploring" Undercity :-P)

If you recently boosted an Undead character and you're looking to buy the mounts, you'll need to talk to 茲多米 to restore Tirisfal Glades, as the village of Brill was nuked off the map due to that whole 羅德隆之戰 thing.

This guys cords are 61.85 , 51.70 in the city of Brill which is north of The Undercity . You need to be Exalted with Undercity or have an undead character to buy his 7 available mounts. For the newer players, this is in the Continent Eastern Kingdoms > Tristfall Glades > Brill . Make sure you do /way 61.85 , 51.70 while you are in Tristfall Glades. This works with the add on TomTom. Also make sure the correct zone is enabled if you cant find the village. Talk to Zidormi to go to a different time.Happy hunting!

Even on my undead characters it still tells me I need to be exalted and I can't even open his buy screen

As of patch 9.2.5 he is now located at the ruins of Lordaeron Northeast corner in a tent with skeleton horses around him.

Level 70 Blood Elf, Exalted with Undercity.
Found Zachariah posted up in what remains of Brill in Tirisfal Glades.
All his horses are lined up behind him by the graveyard fence.
