Sells the starter PvP gear in Cata. Has a SICK +400 Resilience bonus for a 2-Set. Since Rated BG's recommend a minimum of 1800 - 2000 Resilience, gearing for Rated BG's and Arena will be easy.

Rated BG's and Arena give you Conquest Points, which buy the Conquest gear.

Notably, pieces of the Conquest set and the Bloodthirsty Gladiator set have set bonuses with each other, so when you upgrade eventually, you won't lose your set bonuses.

It's also been announced that in later patches (Possibly within 4.2), this NPC will sell weapons as well, however at that point, there will be MUCH less starters than there are now.

People have been raging out about the whole S9 sets thing during the transition between seasons.

By now hopefully people have noticed the Blue posts and checked this vendor to notice that the S10 Honor (not conquest) gear is sold by them, said gear mimics the appearance and colours of the Honor gear from S9 but with somewhat better stats.
