He can be found in the central part of badlands between 2 mesas with 2 goblins.

Why he's called the Exiled seems a mystery, but I'm guessing because he's neutral to horde or alliance, and you get told by a neutral gnome to find him. Maybe he was exiled from the horde for being friendly with neutral or alliance npcs? He's a blacksmith so he might have sold wears to them.

Asks if you are there to reclaim Duchess Pamay's honor, and assumes you want to fight him. However there is no Duchess Pamay in the game. Whatever he did to soil her honor, it seems to have gotten him exiled and forced her into hiding.

Theldurin the Lost, Lucien Tosselwrench and Martek the Exiled give the best quests in the game! Too bad you can't "hear" their stories again after you complete them.
