The best way to handle this mob is to have two tanks ping pong taunts back and forth, while a hunter or druid keeps the enrage down. DPS can then burn him down while he walks in between. If you notice you are DPSing past the threat meter, just stop for a while.

If done correctly, there is almost zero healing required.

Sometimes you'll walk by this guy and he'll be curled up on the ground asleep. "Zzz" animation and all.

I snuck around him. Felt bad killing him.

Killed him while he was flying over the lava pool, corpse fell in and couldn't be looted :(
