If you want to talk to Ambassador Slaghammer here are the quests you have to do:

(1) Entombed in Ice
(2) Dealing with the Surge
(3) Dark Iron Scheming series
(4) then Seize the Ambassador

Also note, Ambassador Slaghammer <Dark Iron Ambassador> has two pages on wowhead.
One mentions his location as a static NPC and the other page is about the active NPC that
is summoned as part of the quest.

Tha ambassador is also friendly with horde player

he should be arrested for crimes against fashion if nothing else. O_o

His name reminds of Peter Gabriels Song "Sledgehammer" :D
