Scratchfever is a fine example of the species Panthera Leo Smilodon, the Common Saber-Toothed Lion – colloquially known as a 'Savannah Highmane'.

Leo Smilodon generally stand at 1.5 meters tall at the shoulder, weighing between four and five hundred pounds. Their pelts are nearly always a golden tan in color with a darker brown mane, though variations of stark white and pure black are well-noted on record.

Large, social predators, Leo Smilodon travel in familial prides consisting of one large Alpha Male, his large collection of Wives, and an assortment of Lesser Males.

Sadly, unchecked hunting by overzealous young Adventurers seeking prized Small Furry Paws coupled with the Crossroad's own voracious appetite for Savannah Lion Tusks has significantly dwindled the numbers of these great cats and Leo Smilodon is listed as an Endangered Species in Kalimdor.

(Don't tell that last bit to Scratch.

Alright, so I'm leveling my freshly made Troll Druid today, and guess what I see flying on my way to Orgrimmar? THIS GUY! Along with his master, it made me LOL, and congratulate Blizzard for implicating that, thank you, Dusk was a master. I spent more than an hour reading that whole story. Epic.

saw scratchfever wandering durotar alone, didn't have anyone named tednug with him. whats respawn timer on tednug? there was a group of alliance that rolled through, possibly got him. kitty kitty is still there tho.

And now all we need is a group of those (massively OP) Starving Amphibious Sharks, along with Larry following Tednug(ent) around. Sure, Larry would absolutely decimate any Alliance group to roll through Durotar, and / or Horde group, Horde NPC's, any nearby mobs, and pretty much any other living thing around him except for Ted and Scratchfever... Although I think Ted would manage to keep him from killing the Harpies... Those lusty, bare-breasted Harpies and their soft, feathery legs... wait, what was I talking about again?

Tednug isn't showing for me--Scratchfever is currently patrolling all on his own :( No stopping by the harpies, either, at least not while moving north.
