What a mysterious little orphan. According to good old Overlord Krom’gar she basically just shows up in the middle of the warzone we know as the Stonetalon mountains and apparently knows a little bit about engineering… and likes ice-cream. In addition to being sort of a reference to the little sisters from bioshock I can’t help but wonder if we’ll see her again later in the expansion as we did with some other quest givers in Wrath and the like….

Clarissa walks around a large construct called Large Daddy.

She says lines like
"Wake up, Mr. D! You gotta save the spirits!"
"Are you there, Mr. D?"
"Wake up, Mr. D!"
"All good girls listen to their daddies!"

She and her companion are a reference to the Little Sister/Big Daddy pairs from Bioshock.

This girl is a reference to the Little Sisters of Bioshock. She's standing beside a "Large Daddy" (Big Daddy), which she calls "Mr D" (Mister B), and as someone pointed out earlier, she encourages her "Big Daddy" to kill its enemies, just like the Little Sisters of Bioshock ("Unzip him, Mr. B! UNZIP HIM!")

I love this little girl :) "KILL MORE ALLIANCE! MAKE THEM SUFFER! MORE! MORE!"
It was really funny to slaughter tons of gnomes, especially after I did the Taujaro quests.

In the first quest she gives, she makes several references to bioshock

my personal favorite is her use for "Would you kindly". I'll not spoil a great game but man I love the reference.

After doing her quests she followed me down into the mine. Every time I moved she would stand right in front of me. Just thought I'd mention it since no one else had. (maybe it's because I ate her ice cream)

Am I the only one that saw the "Mr. D." references and found himself thinking of Harley Quinn calling Joker Mr. J?
Granted, that's obviously not the intended primary reference, but it did enter my mind...
