Hey, just last night on Khaz m US my self and 24 other successfully downed Bloodhilt, we needed about 5 healers and we had a secondary group to secure the graveyard near by (this really helped for running back into the fight fast) I think we shocked the horde players in the area we when downed him we went on a mad rampage.

Also to note, while fighting him he will randomly stab you, a knife will be left in you unless you click the big "Boss button" icon in the lower right hand corner..

We where a little sad to see there was no achievement for killing him... meh at least we pissed off the horde....

Edit..

He is in side the hut, and has 119M HP....

Just killed Warlord Bloodhilt with five Guild members

1 Tank (Blood DK)
1 Healer (Resto Druid)
3 DPS (Affliction Warlock, Frost Mage, Balance Druid)

It took us about 10 minutes and is quite difficult to heal just make sure that you interrupt his move immediately after the charge, more importantly make sure that you click the Extra Action Button you get that will hit around 112k every 2 seconds it will remove the dagger from you.

He rewards 506 Reputation @ Honored with the Black Prince upon kill with the 15% Guild Battle Standard - w/o Human Racial
