Well this mob was created because a lot of hunters were whining and complaining about Araga not spawning and it being ninja'd from them so Blizz had enough and created this Mob. I have Araga Myself so of course when I first saw this mob is really set me off. Imho this mob should not be tameable for the people who cried and whined about Araga. Its not fair for us hunters who CAMPED araga and these other Hunters get a freebie dog treat. Down rate me, fine but it shows & proves my point againts your stupidity and immaturity.

I absolutely hate these cats now, because big bad Blizzard decided to use my unique skin from Araga on them in the Barrens. Thanks alot Blizz, now I have one less truly unique pet in my collection.

I hunt these whenever I go to the Barrens for Deviate Fish, for that reason. >:(

I read your comment on Araga's page, and the response it got. And I just wanted to say...

I still have Barnabus from Badlands despite sharing the same model as the Ember Worgs in Burning Steppes... Why? Because:
A: He's a rare just like Araga, so he's more special..

B: I truly love this pet; therefore, I don't let "big bad Blizzard's" decisions "ruin" him..

It's not Blizzard's fault that you made the conscious decision to abandon a pet.

If you really, genuinely liked this pet (Araga) that much, then you wouldn't care if the model was unique or not.

Don't hate Blizzard because they decided to make a unique skin more common. And certainly don't go killing off all of the mobs that have the same skin for that reason...

I don't do the same with the worgs in Burning Steppes...

This info still true? I went around that area and found those snarlers but 0 lions... trying to get lion meat for cooking leveling.
