Sashya is most likely a member of the Royal Apothecary Society, in cahoots with Apothecary Helbrim, who works at the Crossroads. When you hand her the research you have gained from the Stagnant Oasis, the following conversation occurs:

(Hargash has been lurking in the back of the tavern watching Sashya. He steps forward.)

Hargash: Hold it!
Hargash: What are you two conspiring? Hand me that package.
Sashya: What, this? This is nothing. Just some...wildlife research.
Hargash: We've seen the results of your 'research' before. I'll deliver this package to Orgrimmar
for study.
Sashya: Nonsense! You're overreacting. Have you been watching me this whole time?
Hargash: , you should know the Warchief doesn't trust the undead. Have you heard what
happened at the Wrathgate?
Hargash: You should do well to consider where your loyalties lie, .
