actually Blizzard announced the new expansion pack Catalyst. Worgen will be new alliance race and goblin wil be new Horde race (Unfair worgen are imba). Deathwing will be the new main BAD GUY, but the trailer says that Alliance and Horde will still be fighting Lich king... Anyway Deathwing, being the aspect of earth, will actually change the terrain of many classic zones! Example Barrens vil get molten cracks o' lava (atleast thats what the trailer says). But many orther places will become fruitful! Example Desolance will go green.

I am confused about how they plan to make Ragnaros and Neferian return.

Cool and creative! But just a few things I'd change...
1. I don't want Tirion to get killed.
2. Even though Arthas was possesed, I don't think he should become a hero after all he has done. Instead maybe he could die and in his final breath say, "Thank you... thank... y-" or somethig like that.
3. I wish Darion Mograine had something to do with the fight.

Other then that it's good and I especially like...
1. Arthas and Ner'Zhul getting seperated.
2. Frostmourn getting destroyed
3. Tirion entering the fight.

This is all what i've just made up, or rather, a possible scenario for the up and coming Lich King battle.

You enter the throne room, he does his speech yadeeyadeeyada... Then eventually after the monologue you begin the fight.

Phase 1: Simple, tank and spank, Scourge come in packs and have to be nuked down as fast as possible
Phase 2: The Lich King will call swarms of scourge ghouls (buffed up Army of the Dead kinda thing) which need to be kited around the room whilst the DPS nuke him down.
Phase 3: Tirion enters the room and another monologue begins. Then Tirion taunts the Lich King off the Tank and begins to battle him, with you helping of course.
Phase 4: Tirion gets a fatal blow in with the Ashbringer, Arthas' corrupted soul splitting from Ner'Zhul's. Arthas falls to the floor, unconscious. You begin to battle the armour + spirit of Ner'Zhul.
Phase 5: Final phase: Tirion is slain by Ner'Zhul and the ashbringer dual wielded (in corrupted form) by Ner'Zhul. Increases damage + speed in this phase, rather like an enrage.

Aftermath: Once you have slain Ner'Zhul and the armor falls to the floor, Arthas regains consciousness. After regaining his strength, he picks up the Corrupted Ashbringer, which immediately turns back to it's holy form at his touch, and he dons Tirion's armor, hence, Arthas becomes the new ashbringer. Frostmourne will be destroyed in an event upon handing it in for a quest to Rhonin.

Remember, this is only what I think / want to happen. None of this is 100% sure. Tell me what you think.)

i can tell u where Ragnaros is gonna be in cataclysm at Mt Hyjal (yes they are making Hyjal a place to lvl FINNALY) where he will be south of hyjal more to the bottom of hyjal and u will be doing quests there to get rid of i think scourge or fire elements there and Ragnaros is gonna be a raid boss upgraded if u dont know and if anyone wants to know theres a new dragonflight called the twilight dragonflight which is at a place east of wetlands. THIS IS A SPOILER!

Enough of this fanfic ending crap, go find the death animation of Arthas on youtube. No being cleansed or anything, he fights and dies as the Lich King.
