Yea, currently using this, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44734 from the quest, http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=12857 which I did at lvl 74. Sad that in four levels I will gain access to these faction weapons which won't be worth my time :/

Perhaps the shields will still be viable for me by the time I'm 78. mebe.
