These guys can be frustrating to kill, because they can heal themselves, and you do this quest before you learn any spell-interrupting abilities. It makes it take a long time to bring them down.

I've found that a good strategy for casters is to just melee or launch a few spells, and save your mana till they heal themselves. Then you can lay on the hurt and kill them in the cooldown.

I'm having a really hard time killing these on my hunter. They always seem to pop lightning shield up and every time i deal damage i take 13 nature damage. Rarely I go into a fight with one of these guys and survive, on just one.

Very annoying mob with the heal, I suggest ppl go to Razorhill for upgrades before doing Sen'jin Village quests, or even lift a level or two there.

Strategy for a warlock on lvl 7.

Send an imp to attack the Troll first, then Curse of Weakness, Corruption and Immolation.

No health is gone, there is plenty of mana left, the imp will do anything for you.

If The Troll heals, then Shadow Bolt.
