After you kill these mobs if you look at their corpse their right thumb will still be moving on and off of their weapon, also they will occasionaly blink. It appears that occasionaly the thumb does not move but they still blink while dead, no clue why I was rated down for telling the truth but no matter.

If you need to run afk quickly don't be afraid to do it near these hostile mobs. Unlike other starting areas these are pretty weak fighers; they don't always use their casting spell (fireball) and usually use melee. I was able to go afk for a few minutes before I started getting dangerously low in health and I was able to have a quick recovery.

If u notice when you kill them 1 of their thumbs moves back and forth.

Once you aggro them, they will jump over to you, and usually immediatley start casting Fireball. If you're ranged, and know how to, you can finish them before they get in melee range (and thus cast Fireball).

They're neutral now.

This creature no longer drops any loot. Even picking up the quest "Vile Familiars" will not get them to drop any loot after they die.

These mobs once again drop loot (post patch 4.3). I haven't seen any items dropping, but they drop a few copper each.

These guys look like they were missed in the Stat Squish prior to WoD. My poor level 4 orc is getting one-shot when they hit for 300-400 dmg instantly.

At 2014-10-16 (patch 6.0.2 pre-patch) Me and my friend was doing the quest for these little buggers, and they did 300 damage. A level 4 a.t.m has 250 health... Well you get the point... D:
