I've created a list for the possible gear choices to look like him.

(sorry, you can only look like him if you're a warrior, as most pieces are only obtainable if you're a warrior)

The set on the left is composed of DPS pieces, and while the set on the right is composed of mainly tanking pieces with the exception of the PvP pieces. Of course, you could always mix and match, and mostly all of the gear comes from Naxxramas 10 man.
With the exception of:
Runeblade of Baron Rivendare which is from normal Stratholme, a rare drop from Baron Rivendare.
Hateful Gladiator's Plate Shoulders and Hateful Gladiator's Plate Helm, which are purchasable through PvE with Emblems of Valor (total of 75, helm costing 45 and shoulders costing 30) and PvP with purely honor or honor and arena points, although I'm not sure if Hateful will still be purchasable when Season 7 hits.
The tier gear can be obtained from Vault of Archavon 10 man, or through token drops from Naxxramas and The Obsidian Sanctum (gloves).

Whenever I see him I want to hit him all the way to Outland. Making you execute somebody close to you...

The orc Kug Ironjaw, I'm, sure I'd heard of him before too. I'm pretty sure he used to actually be in the Orc starter area as he claimed to have know the DK from. Ironic really, since my DK is a remake of my Orc Warrior :D
