Solo'ed as a 77 Demonlock with Felguard. He was pretty tough and your pet will take a lot of punishment from him. Keep dots up and switch between health funnel and life drain (to keep yourself up after axe volley). Try to keep your pet at full hp in case he decides to use his killing rage while you're on global cooldown (a few crits and your buddy is gone)

I was not able to solo this mob as a level 77 priest. As soon the mob goes in rage mode I was not able to heal myself because of the huge amount of hits I got.
The mob is immune for fear aswell so there was no other option to see myself slowly die.

it was really hard but i managed to solo him as a 74 prot pally, he can be stunned , but other than that just watch mana and heal yourself , and you should be goog to go

I haven't had any luck soloing him as a 79 rogue. He can be Kidney Shotted and Dismantled, but he's immune to Blind and Gouge. Also, you have to watch out for the mobs behind him. The two cultists will aggro if you attack Selas (the one right behind him can't be pulled without aggroing Selas as well) and there's also a worgen that wanders around and will join the fight.

I just did this as a Feral Druid (0/53/16), but this guy was quite hard. I HoT'ed up, and charged him, I managed to pull an add, which I decided to kill, and then I ran off. I got back up, and decided to try again, did the same thing HoT'ed myself, and Charged. Half way in the fight, I decided to Bash, and jump out and HoT myself again, but to be honest, it's not worth it, stay in form all the time, and use Bash when ever it's ready. I also ended up using Frenzied Regeneration. If you've got enough armor and HP, you won't need to change form during the battle. (20k HP, 15k Armor, 25% dodge should be more than enough, I myself had way more)

This guy was an absolute pain, but I solo'd him as a 75 ret pally. Had to use all my CD's including bubble and LoH, as well as a mana pot, but took him down eventually by healing at every opportunity and judging wisdom and dropping a consecration every time they were up.

Ha this was one of the easiest solo's in northrend 75 blood DK didnt have to use rune tap only marked him up (Mark of Blood) and dps'ed him down. If you try this be in ice presence it will let you solo him much easier.

Managed to solo this as a 75 DK. A lot harder than Varlam. I used Dancing Rune Weapon which got him down to half HP pretty quick, piled in spells constantly (Obliterate & Heart Strike) I used Rune Tap, Medallion of Heroism and a Super Healing Potion and ended up with 6k/14k health. (Talents are 54/0/12).

Soloed him and a Bloodmoon Worgen as a 77 feral druid 0/57/11. I popped all my CDs and killed the worgen first. I'd bash him and heal up as soon as my bash cool down was up. I Didn't find him too hard to fight as a feral druid.

I soloed him as a shadowpreist (75) pretty easily, you can jump of the hill while kiting him and run a circuit kiting him about the hill, really hard to tank him cause he ht hard. This also works for melee with slowing effects as you can bandage in between kiting.

VERY easy to solo as a level 75 protection paladin using seal of light & judgement of light. Didn't have to use anything else. (Except cleanse twice)

What to do? Keep judgement of light up and spam your damage abilities. Didn't go below 90% hp single time.

Just soloed as 75 enhancement/resto shammy. Was pretty easy. I used Stoneskin Totem, Mansaspring Totem, Windfury Totem and Fire Elemental Totem. Then I used Feral Spirit and Bloodlust and just nuked all his health down while imbah healed by wolfies.

I fought him at level 76 solo on a titans grip warrior with a shield and was fine in defensive stance using demoralizing shout and with glyph of bloodthirst. drained his health into me. stacked Sunder armor to max too and had rend constantly bleeding him. same as valam. MY god he respawns like lightning fast and i had to kill him again. kill him and book it out.

Soloed as a 76 DK (Frost Presence). Used Dancing Rune Weapon and Mark of Blood and just kept him full of diseases - using Death Strike to score health as much as possible. Got him pretty easily with 100% health at end of fight. Then some tit of a level 80 horde character got me.

He hits around 300-400 on my pet (Bear, Elite). He is only a really challenge IF you are a caster like Mage... also lvl 80 mage have trouble with him.

Sela was actually pretty easy, it just took a while.

Soloed him as a 77 affliction lock. I used my Voidwalker to tank him as I dropped a few DoTs and kept health funnel up. Only real issue is that when you pull him the cultist next to him pulls as well. To take care of this guy I DoT'd him as well and just kept healing my VW. Popped my healthstone and a potion, but this was mostly from the damage of the debuff that the cultist put on me.

Killed him with a lvl 76 shadow priest he hits mutch just heal when bubble gets knocked off and try to do as mutch damage that you can when bubble is up.

Did him in a rather unorthodox way that MAY border on exploiting... as a disc priest.

basically, you'll need to clear the camp on the south side of the "pier" of the island, and the mobs around him. Shield, pull with SW:P, then jump down and run to the pier. Now, there's an interesting thing with the little "towers": They don't block line of sight, but he can't/won't run through them. This means that you can run away from him around the tower thing, casting SW:P and shield whenever needed, and he will rarely hit you - 2 hits at a time once a minute, probably. However, about 50% of my damage came from Reflective Shield, so letting him break your shield for some damage / the Rapture mana bonus once in a while is probably a good idea. Use Shadowfiend when you get low, Inner Focus every time it's off CD. Took me about 5 minutes.

This is probably ONLY needed if you run OOM while soloing him the regular way. I found that I was unable to keep myself alive and do sufficient damage even while burning all my CDs to not go OOM before he died. It does take a bit of kiting skill, but it's fun - try it! :)

Note this NPC can be pickpocketed, and his appearance can be copied by Glyph of Disguise, if you're using it. This will make you look like an even larger version of Selas, making for 5 minutes of lulz in town if you hearth back.

Just don't try it as a solo level 50 Damon Hunter with 7/7 Heirlooms. Such a time waste. Couldn't do it, (also there's nobody around to help you out) so I've cancelled this entire q series on the isle. Sad, but it iiiisssss how it iiiissss. ^.^
