I just did this as a Feral Druid (0/53/16), and it was quite easy. I proweled in, and jumped into bear form, if you want to stay safe, go HoT yourself before battle. Also, he uses a spell called Worgen's Call, which does :
Target becomes a Worgen. While transformed, the target cannot cast spells, but attack power is increased by 250.

So if you're planning to HoT or heal yourself durning battle, do it before he hits 60%.

He sits behind the tower in a cage type stall so to say.

He's a pain in the ass to find. As Beorn24 said, before you enter the tower, he's on the wooden platform on the right. Took me a while after killing Arugal to find him.

Does this guy retain his size when tamed? I just saw an orc hunter running around with him, and he was easily as big as a mounted human NPC.

This NPC is one of the 3 Worgen Leutinants. He is also the only tameable of the 3.

This guy was pretty easy too. Had my VW tank him and used the tried and true method of dropping a few DoTs and keeping Voidy's health up.

Interesting to note is that my voidwalker actually turned into a Worgen for a while during and after the fight because of that "Worgen's call" spell. Pretty neat.

Easily soloed as lv75 protection warrior with just blue/green quest gear. Debuff and rotate your stuns to keep his damage down.
