For Horde players looking for the bright yellow shirt pattern: This may be obvious to others (it wasn't to me), but only alliance players can buy the shirt pattern from Danielle Zipstitch, even though the pattern shows up for horde under the unlearned patterns. If you want the pattern, I have seen suggestions that you can sometimes find it on the AH. Otherwise, if you just want the shirt, it is obtainable on the AH.

Update: I finally found the pattern up on the AH for 6 gold, so it is possible for Horde players to find and buy it there and for Horde tailors to learn and make the shirt.
