Hmmm..

this may only apply for my server (wowscape), but i was walking on water (shammy) and i found him on the boat waaay off the coast. On the map, there are 3 wierd things ontop of the island, and these boats are where i found him. XD

of coruse you would only go to these boats if you are uncredibly bored or incredilbly stupid.

Anyone knows what items he has equipped? Or are they unique to him as it seems he's the only one with that kind of model.

More pointed at his weapon, his armor could be some reused tier model, but I've never seen a weapon with a glow like theirs.

Remember that he doesn't sell the full set!
If you want the other parts you need to travel to Tanaris - to the Caverens of Time.
When you are there enter Hyjal and there will be two vendors:

- Tydormu <Keeper of Lost Artifacts>
- Indormi <Keeper of Ancient Gem Lore>

Tydormu <Keeper of Lost Artifacts> he will sell the rest of the set.
Indormi <Keeper of Ancient Gem Lore> will sell you gem patterns.

All info on Tier 6 (Forgotten Vanquisher):

Slot - Boss - Vendor
Helm - Archimonde (MH) - Tydormu
Gloves - Azgalor (MH) - Tydormu
Legs, Illidari Council (BT) - Tydormu
Chest - Illidan Stormrage (BT) - Tydormu
Shoulders - Mother Sharaz (BT) - Tydormu
Belt - Brutallus (SWP) - Theremis
Bracers - Sarthrovar (SWP) - Theremis
Boots - Felmyst (SWP) - Theremis

Tydormu can be found in the Mount Hyjal raid instance near the entrance. Theremis can be found on the Isle of Quel'Danas, atop a boat to the right of the Dragonhawks at the harbor. Keep in mind, the Belt, Bracers and Boots all have a very high drop chance on their specific boss in SWP, however they also have a 10% chance to drop off one or both of the twins (Sacro/Alyth).

Twinks: If you're looking to twink out w/ both pvp and pve set bonuses, you should be looking to pick up the belt, bracers, boots and legs. Legs preferably because the generally have slots in the pve gear and don't in pvp gear. Gloves might also work but would give less benefit, and the other pieces that are used in pvp sets tend to have gem slots already.

MH - Mount Hyjal (25m, Caverns of Time Raid)
BT - Black Temple (25m, Shadowmoon Valley Raid)
SWP - Sunwell Plateau (25m, Isle of Quel'Danas Raid)
