In my humble opinion, the best place to grind Cenarion Expedition reputation. You can easily run solo at low level and with the help of Noggenfogger Elixir, worry little about either hostile players or air.

If you wish to farm mobs for Can't Get Ear-nough... for the Cenarion Expedition reputation. The Nesingwary Lackey Ear has a fairly good drop rate off these mobs and they respawn quite fast.

Dunno if it was just mean but these guys seem to have an awful high rate of glitching out and just evading everything. There were even a few of them well below the ground
