Do your self a favour if you are cloth wearer WATCH OUT! he hits REALLY hard, he just made a crit on me (42 frost mage) for 1006...

Apart from that he is easy soloing (:

Just soloed this as a 43 mage. Didn't have an issue with him at all. Most he hit me for was 169.

Yeah, his rushing charge seems bugged. Critted me for about 1k damage.

When I Mind Control'd this guy, his Rushing Charge said it increased his next attack by 420 damage. Obviously he's using that one and not the one listed on Wowhead. This explains the 1,000 damage crits.

This guy is basically a regular mob with elite-level dps, so if you're a clothy keep him at range as best you can or prepare to be squished.

He's on the Riptide (the westernmost ship of the three), and re-spawns a minute and a half after death.

Edit: Interestingly, if you also kill 『漂亮男孩』鄧肯, who's on the same deck, Garr's re-spawn timer is reduced to a minute. However Duncan's stays the same.

It looks like this guy has a son, who loves the sea - this guy: 帕施坦‧鹽蹄. And good thing he likes the sea - he works on the boat (well, turtle) of 貝克斯 and REALLY gets around!
