Madrigosa is kinda a "ghost npc", as u can only see him from outside of sunwell plateau fighting Brutallus, apparently Madrigosa lost the battle and been ressureccted as the 3rd boss Felmyst. At this point we can only assume what he was doing here at first place, but it would make sence if he was sent by Malygos (the blue dragon lord) along with Kalecgos to investigate sunwell after the scourge invasion

"Madrigosa yells: I hear Pit Lords are born from maggots, Brutallus!"

"Brutallus yells: Big talk from a blue birdie! How about you come down and see if you can pluck this maggot from the dirt!"

"Madrigosa yells: I prefer my meals a bit colder!"

Is this npc still around? I'm on the Korgath server and we're on the 4th stage of the Shattered Sun offensive, but I've never seen this dragon in all my daily questing...

Brutallus also yells, "Nor horror here can compare with what you'll face when I'm through with you," prior to be frozen and then, "Grraaarrr! You think to make an icicle out of me? Come down, then I will add real fire to your life."

Madrigosa only appears at certain times of the day. On my server it was around 12:30 AM EST

Maybe if Brut would lay off all the Felburgers he could actualy use his wings to fly up and grab her :)

This particular Madrigosa is the one fighting 布魯托魯斯 in the 太陽之井高地. She loses, and you fight her raised from the dead as 魔龍謎霧. Earlier you saw her as 瑪卓苟莎, trying to help out far below you when you did 空中攻擊必須持續 on the 奎爾達納斯之島.
