To sumnon this rare you need to get 4 buffs from plants in the Oasis. Interact with the Windcatcher, Spectral Lantern, Dewminder and Earthy Succulent around the dome, they'll be highlighted on your map. When you have all 4 buffs interact with the large lantern in the middle of the dome at 75,30 to summon.

You must click 4 items around The Oasis to obtain buffs. The buffs allow you to interact with the Brazier of Elemental Union.
The buffs have a 3-minute duration. If one expires, you have to go back and collect the buff again.
You can't interact with the Brazier of Elemental Union without all the buffs.

I will divide the rare elites required to complete the Remnants of a Shattered World achievement into three categories: Normal mode, Phase Diving mode, and Warrant. All rare elites reward 勇氣石 x 5, 陳舊以太紋章 x 4 (except bosses -- which drop Carved Ethereal Crests x 3 instead), and Warband's reputation with the K'aresh Trust by 15. Some drop Warband catch-up gear iLevel 655 (1/8).

NORMAL MODE

「巧達」	/way 71.99 81.89	Patrols from /way 71.99 81.89 to 81.74 74.27 in the snowy outskirts of Tazavesh. Reward: 巧達最愛的絲帶.

PHASE DIVING MODE

荒地殘餘	/way 50.34 64.80	Casts Soul Impale, several AOE blasts in a straight line, and Spirit Siphon, which does Shadow damage and heals him (interrupt).
虛空生物莫吉爾	/way 55.92 51.05	He moves around but mostly in the same spot. Casts 暗影撕咬 and 鑽地爆發.
暗影狼	/way 54.07 49.28	He patrols a small area -- the icy purple ground around the Archival Assault delve. He casts 狂野衝鋒 and 暗影之息.
沙地淵喉	/way 54.38 54.41	Recommended to engage it in a group and/or to use any of these consumables depending on your needs. Check your bags: If you need speed to avoid the large AOE pools, click 可部署的馭風尖塔. If you need healing, click 可部署的復原桶. If you need DPS, 可攜式戰鬥補給. Maw casts 易爆唾沫 followed by 烈性爆發. When he casts Volatile Outburst, you should run away so that the pools do not harm you while you damage Maw in close range. Move away when he casts 貪食爆發. Drops Valorstones x 10 and 雕刻以太紋章 x 3. Note: Maw of the Sands can be seen by all players on the map.
『束縛者』薩蘭	/way 65.20 49.85	Found south of the Lunnall River bridge and the Phase Conduit. Xarran casts 混亂迷霧 (interruptable but spams it 2-3 times) and 虛空編織師的精巧 (non-interruptible).
厄瑪格	/way 70.17 49.79	The provided coordinates are a safe spot to avoid aggroing the many big 無縛暴怒者 patrolling the area. Urmag casts 猛咬 and 暗影撕咬 (non-interrupt). Move away from the large AOE area of 地底爆發.
『受詛咒者』薩里絲	/way 73.60 55.31	The provided coordinates are the spot to pull Sha'ryth. The rare elite patrols in a circle, flying high in the air. The coordinates are on high ground, which allows it to be pulled. I recommend to fight him with your back facing the mountain wall -- because Sha'ryth casts 暗咒撲擊 (non-interrupt) which pushes you away. Afterwards, it casts 暗影脈衝波 (non-interrupt).
荒地潛獵者	/way 76.72 42.12	The stalker casts 扭曲傳送 to teleport behind you, 扭曲撕咬 (interruptible), and 虛無氣息 (non-interruptible).
『劫毀者』寇葛拉斯	/way 65.52 44.18	If Korgorath is dead, it will respawn around the provided coordinates. She patrols The Tempest Fields (far southwest of The Oasis) from that spot all the way up the frozen river to /way 67.76 39.80 -- she casts 虛無切割 (non-interrupt) and 重力粉碎 (non-interrupt). Move away from the large Gravity Shatter AOE before impact. You should interrupt 虛無之喚 to prevent her from summoning a swarm of three Void Creeper pets.
斯塔拔	/way 75.84 32.89	To get up there high in the sky, go to /way 75.99 34.48 -- then walk upstairs to /way 75.84 32.89 where you find a Broker Waygate. On your lower-third screen, you will see a new spell icon: 相位扭曲傳送. Click Phase Warp to be transported high in the sky on top of a floating platform. You will notice each floating platform has two circles. These are to jump to the next platform. Sthaarbs casts 心爆光束 -- which can be deadly to nearby players as it shoots out 4 orbs that knockback players off the platform. This can't be interrupted or avoided on the target and does damage over time and slows movement. Sthaarbs also casts another damage over time spell named 殘留詛咒 (non-interrupt). Also 憎恨怒視 (non-interrupt)... all players must leave the platform before the channeled spell is completed as it pushes all players off the targeted platform. I soloed him as a Paladin by moving from platform to platform nonstop and casting as I moved. Sometimes he is not able to catch up and I attack behind him. He drops 雕刻以太紋章 x 3 and 勇氣石 x 10. Sthaarbs can drop a weekly cache named 扭動的尖端儲物箱 -- which may drop 復原的寶庫鑰匙, 雕刻以太紋章 x 15, a pet (翠綠刺尾), 1149 Gold, and a random upgraded gear (mine contained 荒地居民鍍金璽戒 iLevel 671, Veteran: 2/8). Note: Everyone can see Sthaarbs on the map when he spawns.
原型Mk-V	/way 46.21 24.27	He casts only non-interrupt spells: 暈眩護手, which slows your movement; 碎裂重踏; and 核火穿刺 -- avoid this one, which casts multiple AOE in a straight line.
無閃者伊薩爾	/way 63.70 43.69	The provided coordinate is where he stops and patrols all the way up the icy river to the northeast. Ixthar can be seen on the map by all players with a silver icon. Ixthar casts 暗影凝視 (Interrupt), 石化詛咒 (you should jump to remove the curse), and 看啊！. Ixthar is part of the 伊薩爾的傳承 achievement, too. Drops 勇氣石 x 10, 雕刻以太紋章 x 3, and a chance to drop Binds to Warband until equipped trinket named 小型瑞西沙園 (iLevel 655 Adventurer: 1/8).
『恐懼者』奧瑞斯	/way 52.75 20.64	Orith can be seen by all players with a silver icon on the map. Sometimes he flies high in the sky, but eventually lands and stays there a while at the provided coordinates. His respawn is long in terms of hours and shares a respawn with the other 2 Rare Elites that spawn in different floating isles of K'aresh. Only found in Phase Diving. Orith spams 虛無唾沫 (interrupt), 黑暗釘刺 (non-interrupt), which should be avoided before it lands on the ground. It leaves behind a dark pool that slows your movement. You should move away and let Orith come to you. Shortly after, she casts 幼體驚喚, which spawns 4 恐怖蜱蟲 minions. You should move and attack at the same time so that only one out of four are hitting you at a given time, but near Orith so that she gets hit by your AOE as well. Drops 勇氣石 x 10 and 雕刻以太紋章 x 3.

WARRANT

格拉伯	/way 71.24 57.02	This rare elite requires a long questline that unlocks the weekly Warrant feature. Talk to 治安官索亞達茲 at /way 48.70 57.70 in Tazavesh (enter coordinates while inside the city). He starts the quest titled "重大威脅." Once the quest is accepted, you will see a new quest pop up at /way 48.66 58.59 -- there are 6 posters on the cart next to Constable Zo'ardaz. The quest is named: "懸賞：格拉伯." The quest rewards the 格拉伯誘餌. This quest requires you to collect 3 items: 一籃佐姬塔果, 遭竊的帷幕裂片, and 風味十足的廢料. This is a complex quest because each item is, in turn, rewarded by completing 3 separate daily quests: 一籃佐姬塔果, 一打帷幕裂片, and 風味十足的廢料. Once completed, use the 格拉伯誘餌 at /way 71.24 57.02 to summon Grubber. Click the Grubber Lure in your bag to start the quest: 擊殺格拉伯. Accept the quest. This quest rewards The K'aresh Trust Commendation x 400 (reputation) and an 以太之絲 (currency used to upgrade your 瑞西纏帶 with Hashim at /way 50.33 36.33 in K'aresh). Place the lure to summon Grubber. It spams 石塊唾沫 (non-interrupt), then casts 腐蝕唾沫. Drops 勇氣石 x 10 and 雕刻以太紋章 x 3.
秘法商人索澤爾	(TBD)	This is likely the longest to find as the rare elite is time-gated behind the Warrant questline that starts with 治安官索亞達茲 (quest: 懸賞：格拉伯). After completing the questline, which also unlocks access to 格拉伯, you are time-gated behind the weekly quest lockout and RNG because there are 6 possible Warrants but only one available per week: 懸賞：秘法商人索澤爾, 懸賞：格拉伯, 懸賞：碎脈, 懸賞：『扭曲者』希沃斯, 懸賞：紫色泥媒, and 懸賞：幻空之毒.

To unlock the rare you need to collect 4 buffs in Oasis area.
Can run around in Oasis area and will see them with yellow dot glow on your map - same as herbalism/mining nodes map marks
Each item will give you short 3 min buff, collect all of them at the same time
When you have all buffs go to rare location and use 元素融合火盆 to summon Heka'tamos

The Earthy Succulent is a tall and thin stick that didn't look interactable for me. I went to the coordinates multiple times before I looked a bit more closely.

Don't bother using coordinates from various posts, because the location of the items/flowers keep on changing.

The spots to find each item to get the buffs to summon the rare are marked on the MINIMAP with yellow dots, while in the area of the rare aka Eco-Dome: The Oasis!

The four buffs you need to get from four items/flowers:

Each buff lasts 3 minutes, and once you have all of them, then go use 元素融合火盆 to summon the rare at

I selected 3 buffs couldn't find the 4th (the nodes were visible on the mini map) , so the buffs timed out. I was intending on having another go to get the 4 buffs, but the nodes didn't appear on the mini-map - for the second attempt.

If you're having trouble finding Windcatcher; there is one that spawns outside The Oasis building beside a tree around 75.55, 33.48.

Most Addons will put a marker around its usual spawn area NE of the Brazier which is misleading in this case.

This has to be bugged half an hour ive been trying to find these 4 crap herbs and there's only 1 place on the entire dome that has 1 windcatcher flower. Man I hate Blizzard.

Trying to complete the meta achievement and none of these 4 items will spawn. Any ideas?

I've tried different characters, waited around... is there a spawn timer on the items or something?

edit: If you are like me and worried it won't spawn, just keep checking I guess the items spawned when I logged on eventually. I guess the brazier needs to be spawned - thats the rare mob really. No Brazier no items.
