So, idk what happened, but the game....removed this quest from my log?

I had the quest from the gnome, flew to this guy to buy the book and the quest was removed? somehow?

Anyway, talked to the gnome, got the quest again and now i can buy the book.

so if he doesn't have the book, go talk to the gnome since I guess the game randomly deletes this quest from your log?

If you cannot find this dude, he is on the other side of the stage, not in the front, under the backstage barber area.

If you can't find him in the location he's suppose to be under the stage. Turn Warmode off, for some reason he was not there with it on.
