He's kind of obvious: All other draenei NPCs in the area have purple skin, are geared like hunters, have no shoulder armor, and will aggro on anyone. Nuaar is blue, wears shoulder armor, wields a mace, and is neutral (although there's no reasoning with the stubborn cuss, he cannot be attacked).

The only reason that he might be difficult to find is because he wanders.

You can just type "/tar Over", press enter

Then, press "Enter", hold down "alt" and press "up" and hit "enter" again every 3-5 seconds.

I find this easier and faster then creating a macro.

When you target him, you can just assign a raid target icon to him, making it easier to spot himz
