This pet does not show its growth mushrooms on the petopia page, as well as in the stable or loading screen when you come in. it does have a bit of a respawn but if you hop around shards and or using wm he should show up. He is very unique and always has the mushrooms on him when out with you. Side note for taming him, make sure you ice trap him; he charges you and will interrupt your cast. you want to get him as quick as you can seeing everyone will want to kill him for the achievement progress and the random blue item he drops.

Is there a trick to this guy? Or a debuff I need to put on him? I'll tame him later. But when my girlfriend and I, both Dragonflight end-level raiding gear BM Hunters tried to kill him, he kicked our butt. It wasn't even close. Then it looked like a single Warrior came in and nearly soloed him before I made it back from the graveyard. The warrior couldn't have been geared that much higher than us. Am I missing something? I know BM's got nerfed, but damn!

I grabbed him for my hunter, put the timer on, and it took about ~19m30s for him to respawn! Good luck

Those aren't "growths" it a hat and monocle. And his sidearm.
