You must do the quests she gives you before you can go back to Nagrand and achieve Nagrand Slam. Altruis' quests are necessary for the alliance that I know of. If you were friendly with The Consortium before you came to Nagrand, you are barred from two quests in that zone because they are only available below friendly. This leaves only one option... Altruis.

So I was stuck at 73/75 Nagrand quests for idk how long and I was Scryers, well I did the Hero of Shattrath achievement, and went Aldor. Been looking for a long time for the last two quests, as I was barred from the Consortium Quests, well low and behold the quest I was so sure I did for the Scryers was available FROM the Aldor and now I can close this chapter once and for all!

She is present in WOD expansion as a follower in your garrison as "Vindicator Onaala". She hasn't age much in 30 years apparently.

Nowadays gender matters little - it is courage and conviction that make all the difference.

As mentioned by matoh, she can be found in Shadowmoon Valley (Draenor) as a young Vindicator. :-)
