The event ends when Thrall goes back to the greatmother after showing Karrosh Grom Hellscrems last battle.

The one thing I don't understand is why this thrall has 10 times less health but double the mana of the Ogrimmar Thrall.Kinda weird.

He only says "Lok'thar, friend, what is it you wish?" in case you should feel like clicking him a zillion times to find out if he says "What brings you to Orgrimmar?" or anything.

How long does he stay in Garadar?

As you can see in the screenshot section, Thrall rides a white wolf to Garadar. In WC3 he rode a black wolf for the entire game, other Far Seers rode white ones. Seeing him riding a white wolf rather disappointed me, a black one would have brought back memories.

When Thrall enters Nagrand, via the Windyreed Pass, you get a short message about hearing war drums in the distance. A couple of seconds after this message, Thrall and his entourange ride past (I was at Nesingwary's Camp at the time). One of the things I noted Thrall to say was 'It's good to be home' (or something to that effect).

How/when does this trigger. I always seem to miss it except the end of it where garrosh goes from cry baby to a cocky !@#$head

He is still sitting in Garadar as of just a few seconds ago, despite him also being at the Maelstrom. I had died on my Draenei and went to see, and sure enough, there he was in Garadar. I heard him yell an hour prior to now, his "At long last, I am home..." but just now went to see if he was there.

I have no clue how to trigger his presence nowadays, given the removed end of the questline. Just found him as portraited in the screenshot, where he despawned.
