赭百合 is located in the Ohn'ahran Plains zone.

General Respawn Info
Only part of Dragonflight rares are active during a single daily reset.
Most of the time you will be able to find only small part of all zone rares and they will respawn after kill in relatively short time.
But after daily reset they will disappear and a new pack of rares will be active.
So most of the time you will come to the spot and see nothing there. At least this way it was on Beta

Respawn is not instant.
Rare is a part of 雍亞拉平原冒險者 achievement.

I killed it today. Was just chilling in the middle of the clearing, below the tree. Slightly bigger than the other slyverns around, and was sitting.

Only spawns when Aylaag camp is in the West position (Eaglewatch Outpost)

If you are a level 70 hunter, Rustlily is tameable as she is level 71. She doesn't retain her name though. /sigh
