I accidentally aggro'd this lad when shifting realms after downing him on another realm since he proceeded to follow me without dropping aggro regardless of the distance I kited him all the way to Isakkara. If desired he can be solo'd through kiting, though he will stop to fight the guards at the Cobolt Assembly.

I fought this guy with bad gear. It took forever and he didn't even drop anything for me...

For anyone looking this guy up for the daily: it will spawn a bunch of elite elementals which can be problematic if you're trying to take him down solo and aren't the tanking type. The adds will despawn with him.
