If you are aiming to kill the priestess, make sure no annoyances from the other factions are around to heal her.

The best way to kill her is bring a dps and an ALDOR healer so they can heal you, but not get killed by her if the dps dies.

The best dps to kill her is a rogue with wound poison, or a MS warrior. Try to silence her when she is about to heal herself. And have the wound/ms on her so even if she does heal it won't be as effective.

You can just blow right through her shield.

By the way, expect a lot of people to gape at you when killing her, most of them healers, like I said before, they make the fight last A LOT longer.

Edit: Make sure you get your screenshot of you on her corpse fast, her body despawns almost instantaenuasly

Took almost 4 minutes to kill her as an affliction warlock, she got off 2 heals which are bad, maybe 10% of her health, she ended up dying in a rather remote area so no one could see her...

All she does for me is when i fear her then she ALWAYS rouns out the goddamn door and does like 5 heals... I once soloed her but I got mega lucky and had her in a room where she couldn't run out...

she is wearing priest T3 and has Benediction, I've seen npc's in Dreadnaught (even mobs in SL) I believe there are npc's in pally T3 and Mage, Lock T3, just wondering if there are any more. really wanna find a npc in dreamwalker.

Any hunters interested in killing her, get an aldor healer and drop down onto the pillar behind her, keep viper stinging her, and her mana will be drained quickly between that and casting. When she is drained, she will start meleeing which deals significantly less damage, yet you can still range.

Very fun to kill her and then spam trade saying "The Scryers have killed Ishanah, the High Priestess of the Aldor" because most people are Aldor and would just freak (at least most of them are Aldor on my server).

Tactic:
At the start of the fight she does nothing but Smite.
When she gets to about 50% she starts casting Greater Heal until she is above 50%, or somewhere around that, and then starts spamming Smite again.
Smite does about 1500-1600 on both plate and cloth since magic isn't really affected by armor.
The best way to stop her Greater Heals is to silence or interrupt her or even drain all her mana (as a lock it's very easy to take all her mana).
When she is unable to cast spells (the only school of spells she can cast is Holy) she will start to melee which is strangely enough higher dps than her smite!
Her melee does about 900-1100 on cloth. With a tank, healer, and some DPS she is very easy. The reason for extra DPS is to burn her down quickly before the Aldor start to hear wind of this and want to rush to heal Ishanah.
Also healer can be either Aldor or Scryers but Aldor is best because the Healer would not cause any threat.
Also every once and awhile she bubbles herself but that is just about it, she doesn't heal herself while bubbled so it's just a way to stop DPS but if you have enough DPS then the bubble should just disappear almost instantly.

Soloed by rogue in pvp gear. 10k hp. 2k AP. Mind Numbing and Crippling poisons up. Stunned as many times as possible, used 2 bandges. Interrupted heals and smites. Stayed out opf melee most of the time.

Actually i think its kinda lame that people kill her. All your doing is griefing other players who want to turn those in she drops nothing and gives nothing. They should remove that since the scryer one is unkillable

was bored and just soloed her as an ungeared lvl 80 frost/fire mage, submitted screen shot but it's awaiting approval from wowhead, very easy kill, don't think i dropped below 90% health.

As of 3.1 she no longer seems attackable.
I am currently fully hated with The Aldor and even killed her before.

She appears to be wearing Priest T3 which is now unobtainable. (From the WoWpedia article all the pieces came from "Old Naxx")
