As you are looking for your final Q's for the Nagrand Slam! achievement, this might be one of your last. The key here is to kill the guards in the room the captive is held in, then he will get the yellow " ! " over his head!

I thought I had done this Q, but for some reason tried killing the guards, and voila! I could get the Q off him

Coords are 33.15, 42.28. NPC is inside the hut. You must kill the Murkblood Brutes threatening him before he shows the yellow exclamation point to start the escort quest.

Accidentally killed this guy while he was being escorted while leveling on my horde character. In my grind-induced stupor I just assumed it was another murkblood until I noticed I couldn't loot him, as well as the very distressed looking gnome standing over his corpse, so to any horde players who aren't actually trying to inconvenience other players, make sure to check that your target is actually a murkblood and not this guy.
