Aridormi sells various trade goods packages for 25 badges each.

Something that might be of interest for collectors:

破碎群島肉品外送 will always contain 5x破碎群島食譜碎片, which means 50 badges gets you a whole new cooking recipe. Forget about the horrors of Nomi's kitchen!
破碎群島漁獲外送 will always contain either 3x沉沒法力 or 1x random Fisherfriend reputation item (such as 閃光的小珠). It could be a nice way to catch up on those annoying fishing reputations if you never did them back in Legion, especially now that large fishing raids are a lot less common. Bonus: looting the fish from the bags counts as fishing them up for achievements.

Update: Wowhead now has a proper price list, click on the "Sells" tab on this page to view all the items and their prices.

You'll need a total of 10,335 Timewarped Badges if you want to collect all the new things.

Of minor note, 套裝：黑羽的戰甲 will teach you the three plate armor appearances (the exact same appearance IDs) so there's no need to buy them for transmog if you plan on getting the full ensemble, saving you a whopping 85 Badges.

People really need to pay more attention to what these TW Vendors sell. It's not only the mounts/pets/toys that matter, the reputation tokens do, and items like the reagent bags like this one sells, make the TW Badge a very good currency to farm. I tend to do at least the FIRST dungeon (to get the 500 TW Badge quest) on every alt available to amass a lot of the currency with less effort.
Only on my main and select other alts I do the full 5-DG quest, mostly.

If you don't see the toy for sale, it's probably because you already have it. It disappears from the list when you do, unlike the mount (that stays there even if you already have it, for some reason, despite the fact that you can't trade it or learn it again).
