不穩定記憶碎片 is required to summon 不穩定的記憶 rare.
It is located in Bastion Path of Wisdow north of Sagehaven flight point.
You can summon this rare only when 不穩定記憶碎片s are present in the area.
Tag the 不穩定記憶碎片 and drag it to another one to stack 易變.
After 10 stacks of 易變 it will turn into 不穩定的記憶 rare.
Fragments have very low health so use taunt or a debuff.
Part of 昇靈堡探險家 achievement.

Don't do this with a trainee as you'll never get a fragment to survive long enough! Or I didn't at least as a hunter.

I taunt one, and it starts to attack me.
I drag it over a second one, they merge, then disappear...
Buggy? Frustrating...
