If you are wondering "is this the one who will find me a 骯髒的閃爍物體 and hence the chances to find really unusual loot like Attendant Pocket Portals, shadowlands potions, or 露西的遺失項圈 ?" Alas, no, you would be looking for Twinklewings, and if you have this guy, she's not appearing today.

On the plus side, as trainees go, he's very eager, and kinda tanky.
He does take a short while to appear when you dismount, and does not fly with you if you have Shadowlands flying.

EDIT TO ADD:
His occasional powers are:

Creating an action button with the night fae logo, to call some extra Vorkai briefly to attack also. He emotes that he's ready to call the hunt.
Creating an unstable anima pod on the ground which if you click it, will kaboom anima damage upon foes

In either case the extra power (when it's up) is something you have to poke to use it.
