In normal, you can pull him behind the wall and dps him down without attacking any ghost.
I always thought this didn't work in m+, so i always let the dps kill all ghosts while tanking him in middle.

I just had a m+ run and if the dps is high enough, it is still possible somehow to pull him behind the wall and nuke him down without him healing.
Not sure if this also works with avarage dps group though, anyone able to confirm ?

Was just in a group where for some reason the tank was under the impression that it's faster to DPS the boss and let him drain the trash to kill them.
It's not. Kill the trash first.
