Legionnarie's die first. Don't question it. Don't try to work around it, just kill the Legionnaire first.

Why?

When you kill one of his "squad members" on a pull, he will yell and summon another NPC to take his place. Before the first boss, he will summon non-elites. Anything after the first boss, he will summon elites. Yeah, not fun. They also run from really far away and pull other mobs too.

If you need these guys for the quest after your group has cleared it, try running into a new shattered halls and you can run up to the first guy and pull him before his squad gets there. He won't aggro them with him if you get him fast enough and you can reset it over and over again until you get what you need.

Tried to solo as 4.4 gs Shadow Priest. I killed a couple of the Legionnaires crew, bubbled and ran out of the instance. I returned, and the Legionnaire had re-spawned the crewmen I had killed. So I killed the Legionnaire, bubbled, ran out, returned and the Legionnaire had re-spawned. I was able to finally kill the Legionnaire and his entire crew of four without running out. But the next set is a Legionnaire and five man crew, followed by one with six man crew. I don't think I will ever be able to handle seven 69/70 elites in one go. How does any other cloth wearer solo this?

But where do you find these guys? I just did a run through Hellfire Ramparts and killed none. Am going to try Blood Furnace next.

Just a little lore fun fact - this guy and the 破碎之手哨衛 appear to be the only trash mobs of the Shattered Hand clan that actually have a shattered hand. I thought that was a neat little tidbit for Blizzard to include.
