FYI this guy's willpower meter goes down to zero no matter what you do and you will not fail the quest(s) when it does. Just ignore it. I did it multiple times and it suddenly dropped after turning in a certain quest made it drop suddenly to 0%. No matter what you do, it drops to nothing. Happy trails! :)

For those doing the 'Land of Light' quest, he is at 31,57. It is frustrting that you have to find this perons tbut there is no information as to where he is.
