Rumsen Fizzlebrack is the NPC who is needed to repair your reputation with Gadgetzan after completing the quest chain to become a Bloodsail Admiral or after destroying your goblin reputation for whatever reason.

Rumsen is located ouside Gadgetzan at 50.4, 26.2 and will accept turn ins of 40 Mageweave Cloth and 4 Strong Flux at a time until a faction standing of Netural with Gadgetzan has been reached.

Each turn in of 40 Mageweave and 4 Strong Flux will grant you

550 Gadgetzan rep
275 Booty Bay rep
275 Everlook rep
275 Ratchet rep
-500 Bloodsail rep

This only works up until you are neutral with Gadgetzan.

This was on a Gnome in a level 25 Guild with reputation bonus perks, may be more with human racial.

This turn-in quest can be completed multiple times, even with back-to-back turn ins.
