Located outside of Booty Bay. If you have gotten friendly reputation with Bloodsail Buccaneers and have your outfit you're probably hated with every goblin city and they kill you on sight when you enter one. However, this NPC offers salvation. For only 150 STACKS, YES, 150 STACKS of silk cloth you can get your rep back with the Steamwheedle Cartel.

That is not the best way to go about getting back to Neutral with any goblin town after Bloodsail rep grinding - nor is it the actual number of cloth you need anyway.

Requires lv 30 for this repeatable quest.

Quest text;
That mangy dog, Revilgaz, has offered to pardon any former Bloodsails willing to turn on their cap'n! That bilge sucker asked me to go an' off me ole' mates and to bring back their bandannas as proof.

I don't have it in me heart to do that, nor will I ask ye to. Bring me some silk cloth and red dye and I'll make suitable replicas. I'll tell the Baron you went turncoat, but be warned... the Bloodsails are not gonna like it!

Do not bealive this gives you reputation with Bloodsail Buccaners,
this actually does the opposite, as his name states "Traitor".
This fellow is from an old pirate movie made about 1979 as he there also plays the role as a traitor.

500 reputation with Booty Bay
250 reputation with Everlook
250 reputation with Gadgetzan
250 reputation with Ratchet

well, this npc does not hafe the quest. I was going there by my pala and i was going to do the quest so if ur trying to visit this npc only for the quest. dont do it

By the way, for the slow people, 150 stacks is 3,000 silk cloth.

As of the shattering this NPC seems undaunted by the tidal wave that hit and stands resolutely in about the same spot.

Breaking it down:
Hated 36000 -- 72 turn ins, 144 stacks of cloth
Hostile 3000 -- 6 turn ins, 12 stacks of cloth
Unfriendly 3000 -- 6 turn ins, 12 stacks of cloth

Total: 168 stacks of cloth or 3360 pieces of cloth (assuming no Human racial or guild reputation bonuses) to go from 0/36000 Hated to Neutral, where this quest is no longer available, for the first cartel member of your choosing.

Subsequent members will need half as many due to the spillover i.e. 84 stacks, 42 stacks, 22 stacks.

Or you could turn in 68 stacks to all of them if you wanted them all to be neutral.

The bloodsail members near her (and further up the coast, and in the nearby ships) drop silk, and 怯懦的克羅斯比, near a group up tents up the coast, sells red dye.

Just a heads up -- as of today, if you're working on the questline for the new Zul Gurub instance, for at least part of the quest the Booty Bay area will be phased from you and you will not be able to see this NPC. Drop the quest(s) and relog and you'll be back in phase

Discovered this while trying to help some friends who were kill on sight with BB get their rep back up to be able to finish the ZG questline.

Confirmed. Just dump the quests and she'll show back up. Also confirmed that Bloodsail Admiral was totally not worth it.

Dropped the ZG quest.. and they show back up for a second.. and phase back out... When I fly into BB and then back out, he's there again.. long enough for me to click on.. then phases back out. -_-

A pretty nice way to gain rep swift is by going back and forth on the two ships which is the one in the middle and the one in the west.

I only kill Garr Salthoof, "Pretty Boy" Duncan, and Captain Keelhaul on the western ship, and i also kill the buccaneers which comes between my path.

On the middle ship i kill "Dead-Eye" Drederick McGumm, Ironpatch and Fleet Master Firallon.

All these people give me 27 or 28 rep with Booty Bay every time i kill them, I'm in a level 25 man guild.

Good afternoon, and hello there, adventurers.

Should you have been in one fight too many with the bruisers of the Steamwheedle Cartel, then I'd suggest you seek out the Bloodsail Traitor.

The Bloodsail traitor is located at 48, 63, at the Cape of Stranglethorn - outside Booty Bay.

Here you can trade with him:
40x Silk Cloth
4x Red Dye

And you then again:
500 Reputation with Booty Bay.
250 Reputation with Gadgetzan.
250 Reputation with Ratchet.
250 Reputation with Everlook.

But you lose:
500 Reputation with Bloodsail Buccaneers.

This process can take you from Hated and all the way to Neutral.
