Their ability, Demon Skin is the old, old Vanilla warlock demon armor(do note it is also called demon skin, because it was before). It looks like it is quite beefed up in rank, since it also gives health regen. The first rank few ranks add armor, then you would see armor+health regen and few last ones( like rank 5 or 6 ) would also add Shadow resistance.

You cannot buff yourself with it via mind control due to blizzard's nerfing of several mob's ability systems in vanilla(undocumented changes, but I swear they nerfed water and lighting shield in late vanilla)

I'd like to know what gear they are wearing.
Edit: it looks like they are wearing either the 銀絲長袍 or the 黑天鵝絨長袍 but it doesn't have that red on the chest so they must be wearing some kind of red and black undershirt. I will keep updating with i find more pieces. The shoulders look like the 黑色魔紋護肩

I was unable to find quite a bit of the gear they are wearing but I was inspired to create an outfit based on this one. This is what I came up with. Some of the gear I didn't want to add but it looks pretty cool anyway.
