For me (lvl 60) this NPC had roughly 112 000 HP. I gained 45 x Stygia and 1 x Hardened Tail Bone from the kill (worth 1.29 G). Totally not worth the effort. :-p

Does anyone know the respawn timer on this?
Spent some time waiting for it to spawn, but after 30 mins it still hadn't.
Could it be that it doesn't spawn when the Soul Eater hunt is up?

Does not seem to spawn during Necrolord assault? Camped for about an hour.

Spawned after about 20 min for me, but someone else had been waiting longer. Necorlord assault was up. The hunt also appeared to be up.

The Hunt "Winged Soul Eaters" was up when this rare spawned for me. A Kyrian Covenant Assault was active at this time.
