My current ilvl is 418 and I have every enchant that I can get for my gear. I still used my clefthoof for Primal Rage and I burned through this boss before the speed buff wore off. I didn't even make it to the second phase.

I will leave the original post below in case anyone needs any other pointers, but I think at this stage in the game, everyone will be able to solo this by the time the next expansion releases (which they only just announced a couple days prior to my edit).

I actually solo'd this today on normal. It wasn't easy, but I managed. I'm not sure about other classes, but I imagine as long as you're a tank that can mitigate damage or have epic heals, you'll make it too.

I did it on my hunter main, ilvl 387 with all but the neck enchants detailed by Icy Veins. I also used a clefthoof (good ol' Faultline, but any will do). Clefthooves are THE hunter tanking pet. Their leech gives them excellent self heals and they have armor to protect through near anything, but in this case you simply want the leech because you get some of that returned to you as well. On top of that, they have Primal Rage which will give you that extra burst at the start of the fight which is where you need it the most. You might think a spirit beast would be better for the extra heals, but you honestly want to trade the extra heals for damage in this case (also because you might be too far away for your pet to use them).

A side note, I have a 無底聖匣背袋 that might give you just a smidge extra DPS as long as it doesn't proc the ampoule flame AoE effect. Also, make sure you are using Misdirect since pet growl in dungeons/raids is STILL broken. My tree is specced to use Death Chakram on the last tier. Do NOT, under ANY circumstance, use Stampede. It is a 'line of sight' attack and you could end up turning the wrong way and completely ruining the chance to use it. Also its damage isn't for sh!t.

The one main thing that will get you is Searing Breath, it's a stacking DOT that increases the amount of damage every time its applied. It is crucial to pump as much damage out as you can while you are afflicted with this because it will continue to rise. For the first and second stack, your clefthoof should be able to provide just enough heals back to you to mitigate some of the damage, but it grows almost exponentially as you get to three and four stacks (at one point I wasn't watching how many stacks I had because I was working on staying alive).

You want to make sure you have Survival of the Fittest and Exhilaration on standby to use it when you need to. I started with SoF to stave off a bit of the damage for a few seconds and waited until I was nearly 30%-ish health, then I popped Exhilaration. At this point, the damage was still coming, but you soon enter phase 2 where Wrathion flies up and casts Burning Cataclysm, a massive 'Scorched Earth' type attack that you only have few seconds to get out of. Pop Aspect of the Cheetah if you have to and zoom out of the way. Once that dissipates, continue to DPS and win.

概況說明 —怒西昂的[熔岩爆發]會消耗50點能量，在整個空間各處釋放[熔岩池]。當怒西昂的能量耗盡時，他會融入暗影，對敵人施加[炙燃瘋狂]，並且將所有的[熔岩池]變成爆碎裂片。怒西昂藏身在暗影中時會重新獲得能量，並且在能量回滿後返回戰場，把殘留的任何爆碎裂片變成[熔岩池]。

階段一：黑暗帝王

灼熱之息 —對施法者面前錐形範圍內的所有玩家造成14308點火焰傷害，並施加一層灼燒護甲。
- 灼燒護甲 —每1秒造成1072點火焰傷害，且受到的灼熱之息傷害提高80%，持續20秒。
  
  此效果會堆疊。
焚化 —隨機點燃目標，每2秒造成2671點火焰傷害，持續6秒。效果結束後，目標會爆炸，對所有玩家造成16115點火焰傷害。離衝擊點越遠的目標，受到的傷害就越低。
強風衝擊 —釋放強風衝擊，對30碼範圍內的玩家造成16115點火焰傷害，並將其擊退，同時對30碼範圍外的所有玩家造成8037點火焰傷害。

之後，隨機朝敵人位置發射火球，對衝擊點附近5碼範圍內的敵人造成13402點火焰傷害。
燃燒的災變 —怒西昂隨機傳送至一個地點並噴火，每1秒對敵人造成1787點火焰傷害，持續8秒。

此外，整個區域裡會出現灼熱地壘。
- 灼熱地壘 —從灰燼裡，出現了灼熱地壘。每1秒對站在其中的敵人造成34點火焰傷害。
  
  這些地壘會在10秒內擴大然後爆炸，對30碼範圍內的敵人造成21439點火焰傷害。
熔岩爆發 —釋放一波從天而降的火球，對衝擊點3碼範圍內的玩家造成5993點火焰傷害，並將其擊退。

每次爆發會留下熔岩池。
- 熔岩池 —當怒西昂的能量降至零時，每個熔岩池都會變形成爆碎裂片。
尾部強擊 —對位在他背後錐形範圍內的玩家造成14297點物理傷害，並將其擊退。
瘋狂蔓延 —在受到瘋狂效果影響時，玩家移動時會提高緩速堆疊的層數，持續2.3分鐘。

緩速堆疊達50層時，玩家每次移動就會受到10857點暗影傷害。

階段二：煙與鏡

怒西昂的鱗片 —怒西昂身上掉下鱗片。抓到鱗片會對玩家施加炙燃瘋狂。任何沒有被抓到的鱗片會對所有玩家造成12510點火焰傷害。
- 炙燃瘋狂 —受到瘋狂效果影響下只要踏過爆碎裂片都能將其摧毀，並延長你的炙燃瘋狂持續時間。每次發生就會移除一層炙燃瘋狂。
- 炙燃瘋狂 —在受到瘋狂效果影響時，踏過任何爆碎裂片都能移除硬化核心，並延長你炙燃瘋狂的持續時間。每次這發生時，就會移除一層炙燃瘋狂。
爆碎裂片 —從熔岩池召喚而來。在第二階段結束時殘存的裂片會變成熔岩池。
- 硬化核心 —裂片的硬化核心使其對傷害免疫。
- 怒炎之流 —裂片遭到摧毀時，會對10碼範圍內的所有玩家造成2681點火焰傷害。
熔岩池 —未破壞的裂片會形成熔岩池，每1秒對站在池內的玩家造成5993點火焰傷害。

此外，產生的每個熔岩池都會對玩家疊加一層熱度攀升。
- 熱度攀升 —隨著熔岩柱吞噬整個空間，熱度上升，每1秒造成71點火焰傷害，直到戰鬥結束為止。
  
  此效果可堆疊。
灰燼行者刺客 —這些從煙塵與灰燼當中而生的怒西昂僕人，會在第二階段糾纏玩家。
- 煙霧罩氅 —刺客受到煙霧遮蔽，從視線中消失。
