The comment before is very misleading. Although he is now located at Vendetta point and 41 47 is correct cords THEY ARE IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ZONE! Now located in southern barrens at 41,47, you will find no elder at 41,47 in northern barrens.

For those without co-ordinates there's a little village between Vendetta Point and The Great Gate. Pretty much under the P in "Vendetta Point" on the map. It's in that little village.

How to create a route for the Kalimdor Elders in Carbonite.

Click on the torch icon (Favorites) in your carbonite minimap

This brings up the notes window.

Click on the word Root on the left hand side.
Right click on the word Root.
Click on Add Folder
Name it Lunar Festival
Press Enter or click on Accept to create the new folder
Click on the new folder then right click on the new folder you just created.
Click on Add Favorite
Name this one Kalimdor Elders then press enter or click on accept.
Click on the Record button in the upper left corner of the Favorites window.
Make sure that it is red.

Enter the following lines into your chat window: (you will have to copy and paste these one at a time)

You can now Right click the Targets and rename them if you would like.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE STOPPED RECORDING!

Now you can click on the first one and Carbonite will automatically create a route for you to follow. If you are unsatisfied with the route, right click on your carbonite mini map window and chose Route then Current Goto Targets. This will redo the path from where you are currently.

Elder High Mountain is found at Vendetta Point in front of the gates

For all those who are very angry, like me, at cata for messing everything up, and for those who have been flying all over The Barrens trying to find this guy, he is north of the gate that seperates The Barrens from Mulgore. :) I hope this was of some help.

There's a flight master literally right beside him. The FM is behind a campfire. You'll need a flying mount for this.

1: Fly and stay mid-air on the opposite side of the campfire
2: Move a little to the right, but stay in the air.
3: Get as close as you can (move as down as possible but so that you're still in the air)
4: If you're close enough, you can complete the quest without getting attacked by anything!

If you followed the link from the Lunar Festival page looking for this NPC, he is in the SOUTHERN Barrens at 41/47.

If you are Alliance, there is a lvl 85 Horde guard right by this Elder, you have to swoop in and click fast. If you're on a PvE server, getting hit by the guard will PvP flag you, but won't dismount you if you're fast.

For people who do not have coordinates, and do not want to waste 40 minutes hovering over the letter "P" of Vendetta Point (...wtf, it said he was under the "P"...), the NPC is actually located a few clicks BELOW the letter "P". There is a lvl 85 guarding the NPC, but if you approach from above on a flying mount and click on the NPC while in the air, the guard will most likely not engage (this might depend on your lvl though). In comparison to some of these other Elders, wherein you have to rez right next to them and avoid elite opposite-faction NPC guards... 羅格那 over there is refreshingly kind. Thank you, Lognah!
