I see marks on the map showing Anachronos at Gadgetzan... If anyone here knows how... can ya provide tips on how to kite him there?

AFAIK, it's damned hard, but doesn't seem impossible... at least, I noticed the regular Snake Trap takes him 12 seconds to finish killing off... so maybe timing that with FD can compensate for the fact that he's faster than Cheetah Aspect.

Last night some alliance kited him to Orgrimmar and he somehow kept healing himself.

5 manned at 70 despawned at 20% A costly mistake, it is not my time, something like that, st 60 the same tank accidently attacked him and Ara hit hm for 2,000 consecutively... at 70 not nearly as much at all.

He's Easily done for the fact that Blizzard did not implement him to be killed he does nothing but a weak melee attack and therefore would of course be an easy Kill/Despawn

I just want to throw this out there...I believe Anachronos to be the leader of the infinite dragon flight (the group of dragons causing trouble in the Caverns of time in the first place) because 1) it is never revealed who the leader is 2) dragon are able to change their shape/form and finally 3)Ana is a suffix and does/can mean against and chronos which means time together is Against time which is what the Infinite Dragon flight does is work against time.

just beated him. with 5 man and CoW on him he hitted (prepare to laugh) 250, and his ?. druid was sitting 6/10 of time and tank got overheals.

This dragon is really quite easy. Me, a level 68 restoration druid and a level 80 blood deathknight managed to get him down to 20% before he despawned. I had about 2/3 mana and all my health. The DK was at about 85% health. There is no need to set up a full raid to defeat him. A group of 3 level 70s is enough.

I was quite bored when my death knight was level 78 and went attempting him.. Hits me for 1k~ white hits, very easy to outheal with Death Strike, even easier if you have the unholy talent that increases the time of your diseases - since you can do a 3x Death Strike rotation then. Had a lot of people watching me and laughing, was pretty fun until he despawned.

Easily kitable by a 80 Warlock and 80 Priest to Orgrimmar. Keep Curse of Weakness up and refresh every 5 to 10 seconds. Put Corruption(Siphon Life) on it to help the Priest a little.

can easily solo kite him as a disc priest but once I get to the border of tanaris/thousand neddles he despawns. tried twice and disappeared at about the same place on the border, one try I kited him through the town and the other I kited him around it, vanished instantly both time around the same spot.

Can be kited by a resto druid.

I do, however, have the talent that increases my armour. With this, I have about 10k armour (selfbuffed). He hit me for roughly 2k damage per hit, which Regrowth + Rejuvination healed through easily.

Next stop, Orgrimmar...

I was able to solo on my death knight. well, not kill him, as you know, but with a nice combo of death strike spam, it's very easy. I just about cried when he was like "LOL JK BYE"

Does anyone know if its still possible to kite her into org? If it is I think I might try it on my 80 druid tank, she might be not be able to kite anymore because the last time i saw her she had like 4mill HP if I recall. And could possibly hit a lot harder making it impossible to kite. :S

kited to org, good times were had.

easy to kite, had a healer and tank (myself). I walked forward and just spammed taunt (which can be used if you aren't facing towards the monster, apparently).

if you don't attack it in any way (ie taunt) for 10 seconds it will drop aggro off you, and possibly despawn if no one is left on the aggro list

Just kited him to Org by kiting him through RFD, just went over bridges at Darkcloud Pinnacle, nice shortcut around The Great Lift.

Do you think it's possible to get him down to just before he despawns and have like 40 level 80 DPS'ers to all shot at the same time and that would make him die before he despawns? If there's enough dps to instantly get him from 20% to 0%. I noticed it takes like 2 seconds when he reach 20% before he despawns.

did you know that this drake can be pulled all around tanaris? i tried a day when i was grinding mithril ores.. i was bored and pulled him all around the rute. but then at 20% hp he said that his time hasn come yet and disapeared -_- waste of 30minutes...

As of the Shattering, he's INSIDE the Caverns of Time by the big hour glass in the center.

As of the Shattering, Anachronos now belongs to the Keepers of Time faction rather than the Brood of Nozdormu faction. Since players cannot place themselves "at war" with the Keepers of Time, he can no longer be attacked.

For anyone wondering, he's been moved to the bottom of the Caverns of Time, on the opposite side of Zaladormu.

If you're trying to start the quest line for the legendary staff in Firelands while the pre-patch event for Legion is going on. Anachronos won't show up till the invasion scenario is complete. So don't get discouraged that he isn't showing up.

Only reason I'm posting this is cause I spent about thirty mins looking for him till the final stage was complete.
