Okay so this one is really really messed up coz most of the people including me think that if u have given 250 spare bolts to the machine then it should tick as done ,but thats not the case .Now here the tricky part the achievement will only count if u finish last . It means lets say it has 4 energy cells to contribute then u contributed 1 and some other person contributed the remaining 3 , he will get the achievement u wont . You need to finish the construction ie you should be the last person to contribute that 4th energy cell or the last spare part only then u will get the achievement .
