I don't know what happened with this Micro-Holiday, but I was never able to locate this NPC to finish the Honoring a Hero quests. I made a targeting macro while I looked in the location he's supposed to be, but neither he nor the feasts they reference seem to be even spawned in the game. It's a disappointment because the October Trading Post offers large points for completing quests/activities related to it, but the calendar states it ends with 10/3/23.

Kind of pointless to even include these as activities when the entire event is neither spawned in, nor is there time to do them. If this NPC and the holiday stuff is in the game and I missed it, then the advert for it in-game is seriously in dire need of revamping. I could have sworn the DF timeline included 'Holiday Revamps', but I guess that this refers to only the 'major' ones. Disappointing.
