To give more specific info, he's a lvl 26 rare ogre that patrols the road just to the east of grom'gol base camp in STV. Standing on his corpse as I write this at coordinates 46,47.

Funny thing is my rare tracker went off at 34,36 (along the coast), so it stands to reason when his road pat is done he also pats up the coastline. Took me forever to find him due to the lack of info on this page, so hope this helps.

Spotted him at 45.00, 53.41, roaming around the Ogre camp. I was just passing through on my way to a quest when my SilverDragon addon gave me the alert. Gotta love it!

Roloch's skin tone changed in Cataclysm, and he found himself some armor to distinguish himself from other Ogres in the area.
