Demetria herself is a shadow-priest type mob, with around 30,000 hit points.

She is escorted by 8-10 adds, each of which can heal and be resurrected by Demetria -- if in range.

The key to this encounter is to have a Mage bodypull the adds, and another member of the group use an instant spell on Demetria to separate her from the adds (which should be attacking the Mage). The adds have around 1200-1500 HP, so the Mage can easily kill them solo. However, the adds must ONLY be killed when they are out of range from resurrection by Demetria.

Once the adds are dead, return to the group who should already be grinding Demetria's HP down.

Grats on your new Bow/Wand/Shield!

Easily soloable by any class that has the ability to kite her. Dies before you can reach Light's Hope Chapel.

Wait for her adds to aggro one of the mobs on the way, in Corin's Crossing for example. Once they run off, attack and start to run. You will have a nice headstart, so her adds should never actually catch up to you.

Demetria herself moves slowly as well, normal player speed at the most. Plus she stops to cast Mind Blast or, if you are with someone else or have a pet active, Dominate Mind, which helps to build extra range.

Quest complete.

this mob is realy easy to grind from a lvl 70 i am a hunter marksman ..
the ting is that she drops Rgtheous orb that is needed for crusader that some people use and it is sold like 30-99.99 gold at AH :)
And i wanna ask how often do she respawns and im wondering do she starts walking form strathome ?

Just one thing to add. Demetria spawns when u accept the the Quest. She spawns in Tyr's Hand and moves up towards Stratholme.

If you guys want to be sure and want a easy fight... then kite her to :"http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=11102 ", their have a nice health, and can take the damage from them (Remember to keep them alive, there is still many) the only thing with these, riders is that their do NOTHING damage, but is a really big helpfull hand in the battle (Remember to have an hunter to kite these)

I just solo'd this on a 66 Ret. Paladin.
I waited until her posse made it to Corin's Crossing and then jumped her as they were attacking the undead mobs there. It helps, but not a whole lot.

crap geared 80 ret paladin

Accepted the quest, ran to Tyr's Hand & didn't see her. Figured she was further
twards Strat since I wasted a bit of time before heading over. Got all the way to
Strat, waited, waited, killed the Scarlet Courier twice, THEN decided to pull up WowHead >_<
Read she walks uberslow, so I headed back to Tyr's Hand & spotted her @ 61, 70.

Ignored the adds & burned the Oracle. Seal of Command killed a few that she insta-rezzed,
but it was not a problem. Whole fight took a few seconds, not tough at all anymore! ^^

She's outright suicide for a solo lvl 60 prot. warrior like myself. After I grouped up to down the courier but Nathanos' apple-chomping quest (prior to this one) was a solo affair, I'd hoped the Scarlet Crusade might send their prized oracle out alone. Eheh.

Attacking the group while she's meandering through Corin's Crossing really doesn't help much; as a shadow priestess with all those paladin escorts, she makes short work of the banshees and abominations and then a near perma-stun is turned upon you.

I tried kiting, though admittedly I am not well experienced in it. Running and Taunting whenever she fell into range still got me killed, as while she stops to cast Mind Blasts her troopers do not. The paladins then swarmed me, stun-locking resumed and even a Fear was thrown in.

Really I'd guess that this would take a 3-man group at 60. There may not be much call for heals, as in fact the group doesn't hit all that hard, but her 22k health and the damage absorption she receives under Shadowform mean you'll want thick and fast DPS concentrated on her. A warrior's Cleave and Thunder Clap take pretty easy care of her adds, but they are resurrected, seemingly in pairs.

If you picked up this quest, say, the night before, only to find that she spawns when you take the quest, it would appear that she does not immediately respawn once again if you abandon and retake the quest immediately. I've got a Mechano-hog with a full tank of gas, and blamed if I couldn't find her. Went all the way from Tyr's Hand all the way out to Stratholme, no Demetria in sight.

I tried to solo her in lvl 61 paladin, but when she is in her 20% (more or less) of life, she starts to be very &*!@#y, and made me run away.
